I have recompiled the list of commands and variables.
Updates will be notified here.

Note: you can "view the difference" with the previous version of RE in these links.

Thank you very much for this list, Sir. Looks like a lot of variables has been added.
BTW, is there any possibility (in the future maybe) to have a in-game help (similar to Assault Cube)?
Showing the help for a command/variable directly in the console. Actually I think it would be *really* useful, especially for editing maps.

Yeah, just doing it will be quite a feat (there are so many!), so I'm waiting for a moment where I get really bored and can sit there for 36 hours straight (re)writing it all :P

A cheap & ugly solution could be a "/help X" command (similar to subversion's "svn help X") :P

Do note that you can "view the difference" with the previous version of RE within pastebin, feel free to view the new/deleted variables and commands.
There are around 35 new commands and 375 new variables. Have fun!

I know this is becoming useless now that the docs are becoming more up to date, but I will continue this for a while anyways. I might even go ahead and add in the descriptions to my generation one day.
