Can someone advise me as how to install Red Eclipse in Fedora 15.

Download, unzip, place redeclipse folder somewhere (perhaps ~/.local/games/)
You can run the game from the executables from the folder, set up a keyboard shortcut to run the executable or write a desktop file.
