problems installing red eclipse

Postby cannonfodder » 11 Jul 2011, 05:13

I am running vindows7 64 bit and can not get the downloaded .exe to do anything. Click on it to run it then, nothing. I have tried running in xp sp3 version and also as admin and as both of these together and yet nothing happening.
Any ideas whats going on? would really like to give this a try, cheers.

Your download may be corrupt or incomplete, try redownloading the installer.

Tried the (Ides) version 1.0 download from www.redeclipse.net and still the same issue. Is there another version/ location for downloads?

Wait, is it the installer that doesn't work, or is it bin/reclient.exe? If the latter, not that you should not run the exe directly - instead, run redeclipse.bat.
