Logically you will have to do models with less vertices, less geometrical maps, low detail particles, lower texture res and stuff.
But apart from that would it be a good idea?

Let's be honest here, how many people have a bluetooth keyboard for their mobile device? And also, that only fixes half the issue, aiming would still be a hell.
