wowie {l Wrote}:Were you playing 16 player dutility?

If he was, i could see why he was pissed. For one, Dutility only has two sides and its the smallest map, therefore in a team game you'll only spawn in the same spot. For two, 16 man dutility is a no-no. He should have watched my ChaosEclipse video lol (many players + miniscule map = slaughterhouse).
As far as spawns go, I don't think theres anyone in this community who will go out of their way to remember all the spawns in each map. Now on the subject of "spawn advantage", I usually follow this rule, if you kill someone, depending on the map and spawntime, if you know where they're going to show up, either avoid that area (like the spawns on Keystone) or stop moving so that the person who spawns doesn't see you on the motion sensor when he spawns, this way you don't get killed immediately.
Now if you are spawning, the first thing to do is to do a 360. Or basically check your surroundings. This is especially important on maps like Dropzone where people will spawn camp immediately (usually above on the top walkway, or down below behind the spawns). And on occasion it will happen on Isolation and Darkness. The next thing to do is immediately start moving away from your point of spawn. Unlike the maps I just mentioned,
Ghost Insta FFA is infamous for it's two way spawn on the bridges (to be honest, i hate that) and if anyone like me has experienced that you know what I'm talking about. But what you want to do (for that map at least) is when you spawn, assume that there are people camping the steps on either side of the bridge and just get out of the way immediately. Best thing to do is to use the jump pad and jump to the end of the opposite side bridge or, if you are so skilled, jump to the opening where the perpendicular jump pads are (the ones you use to get across Ghost when playing gametypes like CTF).
Anyway, these suggestions are assuming that there's no cure for the "spawn advantage".
