What do you want to be able to vote for?

Just a random topic, nothing much, but I want this forum to become more active again and since nobody is posting, I will:

The voting screen allows you to choose a gamemode, a map and a mutator, but what about more voting uptions like in #9? (Link will follow when TRAC will load normally again).

If there would be new voting options, which ones would you like to see included for 1.3?

My list:
- Kick / Ban temporarily (seeing as our game is slowly growing but still has no anti-cheat, being able to kick a cheater would be nice. This would also help a lot in co-op edit matches where one person is being a jerk. It's last on the list though and I wouldn't mind not to have it)
- Mute player (either through voting, or a personal "mute player" option only counting for you. Last one would probably be best)
- Enable / Disable bots (Enable bots would set /botbalance to the default value, disable bots would set /botbalance to "0")
- Balance teams (if this vote succeeds, the teams will be balanced automatically)
- Increase time limit (in a great match? Why not vote for the match to take longer?)

A mute player option would be nice, not sure about the vote. Spammers are usually rare, but annoying when they appear.

I think the kick/ban voting should be in the works for 1.3 as well as the balance teams voting.These are things I think most online shooters have. I don't think they are too difficult either. And this helps to make everyone's online experience better too.

Kick/Ban voting is a bad idea. People like to use it when they're butthurt, just to get rid of someone, even if they're not doing anything bad, or even just beating them. *cough* Left4Dead *cough*

Everything else is a nice idea. It would allow game changes like that when there's no admin present.

You're probably right Zero. And i'm not gonna lie, it's happened to me on numerous games (mostly SOCOM because i was scoring too much) but perhaps just make it like an enable/disable thing. So that you can make it not work on your server if you so choose to. I know there are some people who wouldn't want that on their server. But perhaps maybe just the option for it would be nice. In all honesty, i haven't really come across any players since the release of 1.2 that I have wanted out of the server. So maybe this is a dead idea. But if anyone feels different, it wouldn't hurt to have the option.
