If you mean VoIP, then no, it does not. WazuClan uses Mumble to communicate in game. It's Open Source, and has a plethora of features similar to TeamSpeak. I'd give that a try ;)
Zero's right. Might I add that it overlay's to the game as well. So You'll be able to see who you are chatting with in the corner of the screen. A nice little feature. I think Teamspeak does it as well for DirectX enabled games (like Halo and Portal for example) but I never saw an overlay on Red Eclipse while using Teamspeak. So the way i see it, open source programs like open source games
Would be great if RE could get mic support built in. Im sure that would up the data transfer but it would be a nice feature. Not many open source games I have played have that option.

It would indeed be cool. However, that quote gives one reason. Another is that it's just as easy to use something like Mumble, Vent or TS, and lastly, it would indeed increase transferred data.
