problem with RE Server

hi, my name is Juan and with my best friend Gaston we are creating our server but we have got a problem.

The server needs the console open the 24 hours,so my firend and I we take a desicion i m going to have the computer working to 12 pm to 12 am and my firend to 12 am to 12 pm but we have a problem the console says error pinging here´s a photo
