CC-BY-SA 3.0 different international versions compatible?

There are several CC-BY-SA 3.0 versions out there for different languages adn a so called unported one ( for those countries which don't have their own ).
Can I mix contents of these different types and release the result under only one CC-BY-SA v3 license?

cc-by-sa us legal code, 4. b. {l Wrote}:You may distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or publicly digitally perform a Derivative Work only under: (i) the terms of this License; (ii) a later version of this License with the same License Elements as this License; (iii) either the Creative Commons (Unported) license or a Creative Commons jurisdiction license (either this or a later license version) that contains the same License Elements as this License (e.g. Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 (Unported)); (iv) a Creative Commons Compatible License.

Looks like (iii) would allow it.

You would have to consult a lawyer to be sure.

I would advise not to mix license terms, even if from the same license type. There is a reason why CC languages aren't ported to every other language and why other licenses don't even try to get translated. It's hard to make a translation that will be legally correct.

Mixing portions is a very easy way of making your license invalid fast. Not that you can't do it, it's just that the ending text may be incorrect or have legal problems that would make the license useless.

Now I am confused. From reading the first topic I always understand that the question is about mixing license terms from various different license versions, that is, to create a new license version based on the various elements of other versions. My answer was based on that understanding.

So, is it about mixing licenses or mixing derivated works with different licenses?

The question was about if it is possible to take a work under the lets say spanish CC-by-SA and the french CC-by-SA and mix those and release the final work under the unported (or any other language) CC-by-SA.
And the answer is YES (no lawyers needed as it is written in clear text in the license itself).

Then please disregard my comments. I still see it as question about mixing license terms but it really doesn't make much sense to be so :)
