How do I make a level available for download?

I wanna share "Snowy Shards in the Sky". It's a basic level. How can I share it?

If it is only a level, pack it as a .zip-file and upload it here.

why its not possible to uploade Leves directly in the game ?
as idea ....You can install a barrier and test it before releasing it.
