why its not start moving ?
wiht level 1-18 i hade no problem....
how can i fix that ?

It's because the block is a brick. Bricks can be broken. I guess it has something to do with particles.

This block can be broken while it is moving.

This block can't be broken while it is moving, so it can move to its destination.
