1. Does not offer the possibility in the editor
2. Where is the problem?
3 ...... the games will not be uploaded to the official game anyway.

It's about the fairness of a level. The player should always know which badguy he is facing and how he has to react to it. Dying by jumping on a Snowball, because it is a hidden Spiky, would be really frustrating.
For me, personally, it's okay to hide an Owl as a Flying Snowball, because the Flying Snowball has a unique, recognisable flight behaviour and you can jump on it like on an Owl. But I'm not a member of the SuperTux-Team, so don't do it because I said it.

more challenging levels are what i want. so avoiding all bad guys cuz you don't know what they are is not that bad

Its not the way, that i made this bad guy change in every level ......
But on the the owl island with only owls as opponents - that would be boring. (isnt'it?)
The objection to the Spik is of course justified. As fare as i know I did not do that ....

I personally enjoyed the owl island level where all the different badguys were owls. I like seeing the same enemy with different "attack patterns". And no, you didn't disguise a spiky enemy as a harmless one anywhere that I remember. Maybe one thing that's not a good idea is using a different sprite for bombs and goldbombs, like in the owl island, where there were bombs with the owl sprite. They don't have an action set for exploding, so they get stuck hissing forever unless you throw them into lava or something.

Level 11 "The House of Black and White": I am not a fan of labyrinths with tough timing, but it didn't took to many tries, so I think it is okay (or I just was lucky :p )
Level 12 "The Way Down": I liked the level, especially the secret areas were on other places than you would expect them. The way up again is well made, with the fireflowers and the stars it doesn't get frustrating.
Level 13 "i like to -SWIM-": The idea with the wind underwater is great! However, you did the badguy masquerade again :( . Seems like SuperTux is missing some underwater enemies.
Level 14 "Burn the midnightlamp": I liked it :) . Don't know what to say more...
Level 15 "light way": Again a very good idea with the candles lighting up one after another. I also liked the text that appeared suddenly, reminded me at eyes opening out of the dark. The only thing I want to say is, that you probably should place the candles at the snowy end a little higher. Those square holes in the snow aren't that pretty.
Worldmap: Around the swim-level the worldmap is too plain, Tux has to walk very long distances. I like the rest and the changing sprites give it somewhat of a story.

I agree with manuel mostly. I really enjoyed playing your level — It’s always some kind of exploration. Level 14 and 15 are my favorites (they could just be a bit harder).
The problem I have with “The Way Down“ is, that it animates the player to damage-boost and keep running all the way down because there are so many enemies and so many power-ups. I also found a way to skip the whole level 15: When you take the egg and then jump over the spikes at the right you fall down to the exit.
