They all pretty much mean the same thing.
The first one is the newest Creative Commons license for CC BY-SA.
The second is licensed under the GPL 2 AND the older CC BY-SA (they are compatible).
The third just puts emphasis on the fact that it is compatible with future GPL versions, but is otherwise the same as the second.
It is recommended that you use the first one, but it honestly doesn't really matter which one you use (and I'd not bother with any license, you are just using the state to protect your attribution).
