0.4.0 RELEASE IMMINENT: URGENT NEED FOR TRANSLATORS

Hello,

the 0.4.0 release is, in SuperTux terms, just around the corner (tentative release date December 20, 2015).

If you speak a foreign language, in order to make this release worthwhile, please join our translation community here:

We're in need for people who can translate all kinds of languages, except those that are already covered and translated to 100%, which are currently Czech and German.

Everything else is still needed!!!
