I did some minor changes to it. I'm not sure what to think about it.

Well, I like the brighter colors, the stalactites not so much.

I love it! There's much more texture, the shading is better and makes the logo pop more and the colours are much more visually pleasing. Amazing job, it'd be great if something like the IcyIsland tileset could get this sort of treatment.

Also how do you make textures like that?
