well... not really. Also i am gonna make the same pictures but with a higher resolution

No higher resolution is needed, as the sprite won't look smoother in-game, it will just get bigger.

They look blurry as if they were just edited with the rotation tool.
The lighting doesn't reflect the turn of body and is overall kinda bad.
I'd say it needs improvement, sorry for bluntness.

This is the overall problem of SuperTux 2.0. All the new frames are just edited old frames rather than drawn new frames.
They tend to be blurry and bad looking. I wish they'd recruit some cool artists that can do more than move limbs with the rotation tool.
I miss the milestone 1 art.
