Error Building Git Repository on Windows

I followed all of the instructions at http://supertux.lethargik.org/wiki/Building_on_Windows. Everything was going smoothly until I hit this wall. Please help!

hmmm Building on windows isn't my forte, but what you should do is open a ticket on the tracker: https://supertux.lethargik.org/bugs/my_view_page.php and start a mailing list topic for this, because that that is the way to get the attention of the person who handles the windows part, he isn't registered on here actually.
