translation errors

Is there a todo list of the german translation? So does it makes sense to note the few things I found somewhere - if yes where?

- Storymode when Tux sails to the Forest first time (or shortly before). There comes english text.

The question here is, should I always make a note of it when I notice something? Or can one assume that everything will be found after the next update.
