[idea] Lightning rod to replace water at lightning levels

This is with respect to the new swimming mode, since these levels will now be affected by this new function.


I propose to use lightning rod, it would work as follows:

If tux is relatively close to a lightning rod, the lightning will strike the lightning rod.

If tux strays too far from the lightning rod, it will hit tux.
