Here is the console output from the moment the game started running. The game was compiled under Linux Mint 14 x64.

Thank you for the report, but there isn't much that can done with this little information. I tried to write a wiki page on what information crash reports should contain. Could you at least tell which video card you have?

Here's the output according to that thing. I put a newline between the segmentation fault and when I typed "backtrace".

My graphics card is an NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti, I use the 310.14 proprietary drivers. I doubt this is of much help, but the processor is an Intel Core i3-3220 (dual core, x64). The operating system is the 64-bit version too.

Also I can tell a game was created as it changed from game 1 to game 2 the second time I tried to make a game, but obviously I can't access it. No settings were changed whatsoever, this was a clean build without any optional flags used during compilation.

Hmm, the backtrace seems to be corrupt so all I can tell is that the crash appears to occur inside Ogre. Getting uncorrupted data would be so complicated (compiling Ogre manually with debug symbols and running the game under valgrind with a bunch of suppressions) that I'm not expecting you to do it.

If you still feel like trying out something, you could set the shader quality to 1 in the options screen and disable outline rendering, bloom and all shadow casting options. That might at least help rule out shader related problems.
