I commissioned some German voices for the Teuton units in my open-source game, Wyrmsun. The voices were commissioned from Manuel Senfft, who agreed them to be released under the CC0. You can get them here.

Pretty nice... although some additional filtering to make it sound a bit "cooler" would probably be nice.
