That was about my first or second thought, along with "cool".
Polycount is in the 10K's and it has some baroque complexity (polycounts would be an improvement to blendswap).
But since it is liberally licensed its polycount may be reduced or it may be rebuilt streamlined.
Just making cylinders chunky will spare a LOT.

The Model itself reminds me of an ED209, but has some intended difference in the torso hand arms:
Somehow even reminds me of ghost in the shell like tank/mech designs.
Well, I'd say it's a possible candidate.
