Hello ctdabomb and thanks for reporting this. I've also noticed this. There're couple of things we can try:

Scale widget when it's label is long. This might make GUI look unbalanced. We can also scale the whole thing dynamically.
Change text size. Isn't as simple as it sounds.
Change language name to language itself. I believe that these names won't be so long. And this is also more user-friendly.

Thoughts?

It's good idea, but language name to language itself requires different font
