I've played the classic level and they don't have any targets set. This is my suggestion:

1 - 1.75 - 0
2 - 2.50 - 1
3 - 5.80 - 1
4 - 9.80 - 1
5 - 2.00 - 1
6 - 10.00 - 2
7 - 10.00 - 1
8 - 5.50 - 1
9 - 7.00 - 1
10 - 3.50 - 1
11 - 8.00 - 1
12 - 14.25 - 1
13 - 16.25 - 4
14 - 19.25 - 4
15 - 7.50 - 1
16 - 2.85 - 1
17 - 15.10 - 3 <-- You'll have to jump over 2 spikes without your shadow. 4 recording if you jump over them with your shadow.
18 - 4.75 - 0
19 - 7.00 - 0
20 - 7.00 - 0
21 - 16.25 - 1
22 - 13.30 - 1 <-- Technically possible.
23 - 5.80 - 1

Thanks for your effort, these targets are really needed.

Made a quick comparison with my best times and they look fairly strict.
But perhaps that will make them a challenge.

I'm afraid I don't have the time to add them in the game right now.

.80 and .75 should be rounded up in my opinion.

I think rounded numbers look better, but 0.25s makes a big difference.

Actually, I think there should be targets for the Standard levelpack as well.

No, because I suck :P

It is definitely possible with 1 recording, but it needs a lot of speed and precision that I don't possess. I don't find fine-tuning my keyboard dexterity interesting enough to spend a couple of hours on just that. I actually hacked the data in all the default sets to get past the dexterity levels

Level should be easy to fix though, just put a shadow block in the gap.
