Hello everyone, are there still any contributors, would-be contributors, or just in general people interested in this game?

I'm in the process of launching a new blog about FOSS games, and I'm trying to get some idea of the status and future plans of some of the most mature FOSS game projects (starting with side-scrolling games as a pilot). Me & My Shadow doesn't seem to have any current activity, but if there's anyone still looking at this game, I'd love to hear what is happening and what, if anything, is the future plan for this game. Anyone?

not me, me, and me!

The developer of the game went missing from both these forums and github, so currently there is no development being done. I personally can't code, but if I ever learn how to code, I will definitely make my own version of this game
Im not an active player, but that is mainly because there are no people who play this game, so the point of making public levels is kind of pointless.

Good to know there's at least one person still interested! I'll probably launch my blog next week, after some more information gathering, and hopefully we'll be able to get some new energy in this game. I'll post an update here.

that is really great! looking forward to it

I made changes in 2020 to add Gamerzilla support. I was hoping it could get merged but as you said the creator seems to be absent. I don't have any further plans to develop it at the moment.
