Whats a logger?

An IRC logger is a bot that will join the channel and keep a log of what is being said.
This is useful for users to see what has been discussed while they've been offline.

On the other it does introduce a small privacy issue, since it stores everything that it said on that channel.
Although most loggers ignore certain sentences (starting with [OFF] for example).
