Note that as far as this forum is concerned, none of us would be really interested unless the license terms are fully free and following an established license like Creative Commons Attribution or Attribution-Share Alike.
The license described on your website is just fine for indie studios looking for free of charge assets to make a game; it's just out of the scope of this forum where we care first about _freedom_ and not about _free of charge_.

Now, I'm not saying that you should change your licensing model just for us - we're just probably not the best demographic for your business model

Indeed. I wouldn't even call it a free (in the sense of "freedom") license, due to these parts of the terms:

"This License does not grant you the rights to:

5. Sell, share, transfer, giveaway, sublicense or re-distribute the product “as is”, (meaning the product in the state purchased from us).
6. Sell, share, transfer, giveaway, sublicense or re-distribute the product as graphical assets even if changes are made to it to any extent.
7. Distribute our free products in any way, other than using links back to our site."
