Hi.

I and friends will try to playing to role game (the old with paper and dices) on streaming.

I am looking for a sci fi noises sound bank that they are creative commons.

And I look something a app for GNU/Linux to play sounds such as the eighties toy.



Because I want to play some sounds while we will be playing and need some easy to do.

And maybe somebody want to know the rulebook, we will use the RyF, it is a rulesbook in spanish (sorry) but it is CC-by-sa .

I am going to try the rustlang soundboard. It could be a good choice.

Not quite sure what kind of sounds you're looking for, but you can get some pretty gnarly stuff out of this thing: https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/synth/88651/2146

Start recording, and then mess around with the 4 big knobs in the upper left. Record a few minutes of twiddling then go back with audacity and chop it up, extracting the "good bits". Can make some decent "sci-fi button press noises" this way.
