New ticketing system started

Postby paul424 » 25 Oct 2013, 11:26

Hello, daemon ( common IRC guest ) started the new ticketing system : http://redmine.daemonrage.net/projects/opendungeons/ , but you must register first to look over there.
I think we need some link from here there , and some link there into here ( do you hear daemon :P ? )

Other issue is porting the Scroptio's SVN into git format. I tried https://github.com/nirvdrum/svn2git , but actually there is flaw in git-svn which causes errors in this script. If anyone has idea how to move SVN -> GIT we would be faithfull.

Hi Paul424,

I've been using this script several times with no particular or unbeatable problems. It's just a long thing to wait for it to be finished.
You should post the exact error here if you want a more precise feedback.

Also, I'd say again that I'm all for importing the media files into the main repository which is already in git. The media source repo can stay in svn, IMHO.

I suppose we could do it the other way around and move the entire thing to git, would just make life easier than having two separate repositories
