More spam

I just removed shit loads of spam from the wiki. Can we enable account creation restrictions, such that a admin needs to approve account creation?

If people are serious about contributing to the wiki then they will have posts in here and then we can give them an account on the wiki. So it should not scare off contributors.

Edit: I have now disabled account creation for now, following this simple guide. If somebody needs an account I will create it for them.

I just added this instruction to the wiki log in, so people who are sincere about contributing to the wiki know how they should go about doing it
