So what should the creatures eat? In DK they always each chicken, might be a pretty bad diet, as they only get protein :S

So what would look good in the foodery (we named it that right?) I am currently making some icons for the GUI and one of the should symbolise that the creatures listed are eating, I was thinking about making a icon of a steak, but it would be more appropriate to use the type of food that the creatures should eat.

PIGS!!
Little cute pinks piggies, far more evil than eating chickens. That or a salad bar (if you want to be stabbed in the back by an angry/hungry goblin).

They are saying "eat me"

Nooo... those poor pigs.

I vote for cats... you could could make a lot of cheezy "I can has cheeseburger" jokes and the sounds would be hilarious too. Besides... *hmmm* cat meat :p

I like pigs. Cats would be too hard to catch. It depends whether you are going for humour or not - in which case, maybe cats are good.

Well humans obviously does not work for the human faction, and cats would also not suit them. But each faction could have different fooderies. But the food have to be brea/grow in my opinion, so they always have fresh supplies.

Knowing how much work is to be done i suggest you left it at just 1 type of food. No point in branching so much with something so simple when there is still almost no creature ready.
