Team colors

In both the minimap, fullmap and the fighting tab in the panels I need to use the team colors and other non-teamcolors. So for that to work I need to have some colors available that is not going to be team colors. Since it would not really be too interesting to be playing more than 8 players in a single game at the same time I say we should go for 8 fixed team colors, instead of having the play being able to custom select their own team color.

Any opinions about this and any pros/cons about this that I did not think about?

I propose these colors (r,g,b):
  • red (192,0,0)
  • yellow (192,192,0)
  • green (0,192,0)
  • cyan (0,192,192)
  • blue (0,0,192)
  • violet (192,0,192)
  • white (192,192,192)
  • black (63,63,63)

I agree on forcing the available team colors. This will make the color display throughout the game consistent (and also between single sessions).

About the specific values I have no opinion, since I have a color weakness. ;)
