I've tested on a computer without MSVS2013 and it seems like another dll is missing. I will try to add it tonight.

@Danimal, I've not found a way to make a release that do not need to install microsoft packages. I've uploaded another release compiled with MinGW. I've tested on a non-dev computer with windows 8 and it works but I have no windows 7 non-dev to test. Could you please try it ? That's more or less the same version as previously but with the "call to war" spell + gold dropped on nearly treasuries + allowed MapLights to be moved in editor.

I've uploaded it on SourceForge as OpenDungeons-git20150207-Win32.zip

You probably have installed microsoft packages for another application. But I've tried on a computer with windows 7 without MSVS2013 and I was missing the same files as Danimal

This release was built with MinGW. So, as long as you don't have MinGW, testing it is relevant (even if there might be some dependencies to Visual C++ framework).

I've tested it on a nearly virgin W8 computer and it worked. But if you can also test it, it would be interesting, thanks.
