what is OpenDungeons?

Hi, I saw this game and am interested in it I think, but I couldn't figure out what type of game this is and what's it like....
can someone help?

The goal is to become a real-time strategy game similar to dungeon keeper and evil genious. (If you don't know these games, you should look up a video or the games themselves, it's simpler than explaining the process.)
Basically it's a RTS where you can't directly control or create creatures.
