Few days ago I've found the project openfrag on libre game wiki. I thought the idea was interesting, but sadly it's discontinued since more than 10 years!
But I was really interested in trying it, so I thought, why not try to update it so that I could test it? (No, I don't intend to revive it, just to update to code base to more modern standards)

Well, turns out that it depends on Ogre3D and a set of Ogre's "extensions", so I went on their IRC asking about resources to help me, since I had trouble finding them myself. There, I had someone really kind, helped me with various stuff.
This person gave me a link today, that maybe some of you could be interested in if you go the same road than me someday: it's a list of old Ogre3D's APIs.

Note that, for now, I don't have much problems with Ogre3D itself, it's more the libraries that depends on Ogre, but maybe this will help me understanding what's going on under the hood.
