I can't find it specifically but I am sure there's a page somewhere with all these graphics on, probably a forum post.

Well, the logo's on the wiki and the license isn't otherwise noted, so I'll assume that it's BSD Documentation licensed, then.

AFAIK it was made by qubodup, so you could PM him. But I am also quite sure he released it under a libre license of some sort.
