Current state of the forum availability and responsiveness?

Some people posted about having technical problems with the forum not being responsive or available. I am not aware of any problems on the server side but that does not imply that there are none.

Therefore if you encountered problems (like not available, very slow, ...) during the last couple of month please post in this thread.
Additional infos like your country or time of the problem are highly appreciated
