Well I have the admin moderator rights, but still I cannot add the link under the top board next to the forum graphical logo. ( Opendungeons is blah blah ) . Althought there is already a link , so it is doable ... any ideas ?

I guess only global moderators (qudobup et al.) can do that.

That's right. From the last post I assumed you only want to change the sticky post. I'll do the change once I figured out what the change was supposed to be.
