Can images be scaled using the bbcode of these forums?

I'd like to scale down the images in my recruitment post, but I couldn't find out how to do that.

I could swear that the freetrain forum I set up automatically wrapped big images in layers/scrollbars. It wasn't a great solution, and it may have only worked on attachments.
