Yes, the game is "Open-Source".
Goto the web page and look at the bottom and download the Linux version.

Is there any license stuff around?
The only thing I see is on your website - "All content on this web site (unless otherwise noted) ©opyright 2010, by 16BitSoft ®".
Yes, you're indeed providing the source files for Linux. But afaik it's an essential part of the definition of "Open Source" that you are allowed to modify and re-publish the program. :think:

Then you should add some copyright information such as GPL, MPL or other licenses. In that case you won't have to create your own license but use one which is well-known and often reviewed.
The only problem about that could be that you don't really like to have your project under such a license (for example, if you want to sell it sometimes).
So .. are you really sure that publishing a software under the conditions of Open Source means that anyone can use / modify / re-release it as he wants to? If you are aware of that and really want to publish it in this way, go on :)
I only wanted to make sure that you are aware of all negative aspects of this. If they don't matter, it's great.

But in each case you should add some license stuff, I think...
