TEXTFLIGHT, a space exploration MMO

I've been working on this project for several months; it's in its infancy at the moment, only a barebones alpha release, but I have high hopes for future content. Currently I'm working on the Colonies Update, which will see the addition of colonization, ship capture, and a leaderboard.

I need help with playtesting and writing translations. Code contributions are also more than welcome; the issue tracker is located here: https://git.leagueh.xyz/katp32/textflight/issues

The site is https://leagueh.xyz/tf/ . The project is licensed under GPL3, and there's a small community on both the Discord server (ew, I know!) and #textflight on Freenode. The two channels are bridged together.

Oh neat :)

Very nice presentation for a text based game for sure!

My wish would a Duskers ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duskers ) like remote space drone control with ascii art in addition :) And I am usually not into text based games at all :p

I have some future plans for TFGraph; hopefully it'll have some very basic visuals, and maybe images of the ships. Nothing mind-blowing, of course, it's still a text based game, so I can't add anything that would change gameplay or prevent people from playing without the graphical additions :P

An update for Textflight has been release;

Changelog:

- Added colonies
- Added capturing mechanic
- Added global chat
- Added colonies leaderboard
- Added better chat tools
- Added daily loot crates
- Added premium keys
- Misc. improvements and bugfixes

I'm hoping to work on some improvements to TFGraph next, adding some graphical effects, a status display, and maybe some music and sound effects, although music is new territory for me :P
