It is based on the Hard Vacuum pixel art and game design specs. As all we know about this unreleased game is a short blog post and 8 character length filenames of the sprites, it naturally became a loose recreation. However, it also gave us freedom to fill in the gaps with proven RTS gameplay and custom artwork that was hand pixeled or sculpted as a voxel and then rendered.

The game consists of a small tutorial, a skirmish AI that can use a lot of the gameplay feature, two different yet similar balanced factions, multiplayer via LAN and the internet, dedicated servers, an integrated map editor, replays and a spectator mode. It is based on a mature game engine, technically complete and fully playable. There is however no active player base. Join the Matrix channel, where a bot announces the few games that are played online.
