I do all kind of stuff and release all original work completely to public domain, mostly suckless games (Anarch, MicroTD, ...),, suckless engines (small3dlib, tinyphysicsengine, SAF, ...), OGA art (currently 42 posts) etc.

Various important contributors of OpenMW have a patreon. I notably remember the person doing a lot of the rendering work does, but I don't know the status of that (the patreon. The project is still alive, thankfully).
