Hi all, here comes another poll!

Well, to make this thread more interesting, let me tell you details:

I play mostly Gnome Sudoku and KDE Patience, on GNU/Linux.

I play other games occasionally. Like adventures and RPGs.

What about you?

Edit: What I really DON'T like to play:
- 4x games
- ego shooters without a story (Half Life was ok because it had a story)
- games with jumping (for example jump and runs)

I mostly play old school first-person shooters, especially ones with interesting level designs like the Build engine games.

I'm a shooter boi, i play some games like doom, heretic, etc...

RPG but not roguelikes (mostly because they're only about controlling a coloured glyph and dying out of sheer badluck, otherwise I'd be fine with them).

Then solo strategy games (or turn based ones for multi, like wesnoth or collectible card games), and FPS when going to multi.

My favorite game genre is Platformer.

Big fan of stealth games and sandbox style games. Splinter cell, Hitman, Mgs, RDR 2 are some examples.

Stealth!
- forces me to slow down and enjoy the environment more
- has both a tactical and action element to it
- encourages and allows for exploration a lot more than other genres
- very gratifying to solve the puzzle with as little disturbance as possible (figuring out patrols, then executing the perfect move, …)

I favorite game genres is Platformer, Racing, and RPG.

But the game genre I like the most is Platformer.
