horald {l Wrote}:Hallo Leute,

Horst

My attempt to translate it to english:

Hi guys,

i am currently trying to organize a game meeting at a distance. Quasi a LAN party under corona conditions. And to place laptops/PCs with LAN-cables at a distance of 1.5 meters should be no problem. But I also need network-enabled games. One of them would be SuperTuxKart. That's why I downloaded it for testing. But I can't find any help on the website http://www.supertuxkart.de/, especially how to start a local server. And the community page (http://community.games4mac.de/) is no longer available. But as a data protector I will not go to a Facebook page. So I wanted to ask here if I can get some help how to get a local server running under Linux for SuperTuxKart? I would be very happy about a friendly feedback.

Many greetings
Horst

Hi everyone,
I'm Peter, a rather old guy from Germany.

Currently I am in the designing phase for an MMORPG with both code (AGPL) and data/media/content (CC?) "open"/"free" (as in free speech).

Greetings
Peter

Hi, i'm Mseir. I created an account to share some videos ive been making on youtube with a game engine named Panda3D for python. Id like to get some feedback on these videos and also see if people get something helpful out of them. Id be interested in making videos based on requests for specific mechanics or small games too. Im having a lot of fun making these and i would like to make them interesting for other people to watch as well, especially beginners. Take a look at the channel if youd like:

You'll need to use the full editor, not just the quick reply. There's an "Upload attachment" tab on the bottom then.

I'm Naga_Slayer, someone who just found out about how fun STK is a week or two after installing Ubuntu on my laptop this month after accidentally deleting Windows 10. Was thinking of switching back before I found this gem of a kart racer. I know my laptop wouldn't be able to run this game if I did have Windows on it since it's not a performance PC, but a detachable monitor one with low specs. But enough to be able to play STK with only a small amount of lag.
