How to get my game listed on FreeGamer.blogspot

Hi, I hope this is the right subforum.
I want to start my crowd funder with the announcement of my game on the Freegamer blog.
What state should my project be to get posted?
Should I wait until I get the 3D graphics in place. or is the text based prototype enough?
