Internationalization

I noticed while reviewing and completing Galician translation (in the import queue already) there were some strings that could not be internationalized. I can understand tracks' names not being internationalized, but there are some other strings I can't trasnlate too.

When choosing a kart, I saw the guest profile ("Guest") is not translatable. It also appears in the configuration screen, in the list of players, and can't be either translated or changed. Also in the screen to choose a kart, where it says "Player 1", the "(keyborad)" string next to it is not translatable. And in the bottom, there's a "standard" which I can't translate, and don't even know what it means (without addon karts?).

Also, I noticed strings in the credits are not translatable. It makes sense for names, but roles/functions of developers should probably be translated too.

And whenever you start a race, there's a text with the song credits. Song and author would remain the same, but the text can be also internationalized.

thanks for the report, I marked a couple of the strings you pointed at as translatable, next time we generate the catalog they will appear in Launchpad.

Regarding groups and credits, I agree it would make sense to translate them, but technically those are a little harder so for now they will probably remain as-is
