Hello. Quick question, what are the rules for uploading content. For example, am I right in saying that addons with inappropriate content are banned from the addon interface? Considering that many kids probably play this game, I would hope so.

yes, all add-ons are approved by a moderator before being accepted, so all add-ons should be safe
