Nice clean track!

Only some minor issues:
- at the "market" I sometimes bumb into some hidden things.
- the corners-arrows are in the wrong direction

I think the roofline in the industrial area could be made more interesting, and the track needs to be a little less flat (perhaps going down to the beach, up into the forest)
