Nice music. This music could fit well in a track with a night lights/electro theme I think. However, it could also take some improvements :
- it doesn't loop very well. As a race would last more than the song, it's important it can loop cleanly.
- Some parts feel somewhat too simple/repetitive. I know that's rather unspecific feedback, but the music isn't reaching its full potential.

Also, for potential use inside the official package, clear licensing would be important.
